How You Can Help!

Monetary donations are always welcome! Donations of new or like-new items are terrific. Gift certificates for fast food stores, grocery stores and to Target are especially helpful. Please contact the storehouse at (562) 431-0880 for more information. Volunteer your time, no experience necessary! The storehouse is run mainly  by dedicated volunteers. We are open 5 days a week and there are a variety of areas and times when you can become part of our volunteer team. Stop by the Storehouse during operating hours to fill out the Volunteer Information Form and obtain our Volunteer Guidelines. Volunteers desiring to work up in the front with the public must be willing to hug, have a ready smile and complete membership classes through Church. Spanish speaking volunteers are especially needed. Volunteers are needed during the following times: Tuesday - Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm Sunday 9:00am - 12:00pm  (We are currently closed on Mondays and Fridays) Financials Gifts: Financial donations can be made to the Storehouse and are greatly appreciated. Make checks payable to "Grateful Hearts Storehouse." All donations are tax-deductible. Please send in or drop off your donation to the address at the top of this page. You may also use the convenient donation button and make an on-line donation. Clothing Donations: Do you have like-new clothing that you don't or can't wear? Have your children out-grown items still in good condition? We stock men's, women's and children's clothing for distribution to those in need. We are in constant need of men's and women's clothing suitable for job interviewing and career ware. Bring any items for donation to the Storehouse (not the church or thrift shop) during our hours of operation. A tax-deductible receipt is available upon request for all items donated to the Storehouse. Additionally the Storehouse has a constant demand for the following items: Canned Beans, Vegetables, Fruit Fresh Fruit and vegetables Pasta Sauce Cereal Powder Laundry Soap Toothpaste Tooth Brushes Shampoo Shaving Cream Shaving Razors Diapers (sizes 4 & 5) Large paper bags with handles Rolls of produce bags Packing tape Men's and boys clothing   Shampoo, Toothbrushes, and Toothpaste Powdered laundry soap Deodorant
